Greetings Everybody,

I excited to be sharing all of these wonderful teachings, bodywork, energy healing and yogic practices from my healing repetoire.
Since that start of my studies, beginning with Reiki in 2005, Massage and Natural Therapeutics since 2006, and Firewalking since 2007, I’ve continued integrating all the wisdom from all that I’ve experienced and come into contact with, be this individuals, classes, modalities, instructors, and life lessons learned.

I am truly honored that I am sharing these teachings and relaxing treatments with everybody here in Chicago as a result of my training from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. My time in New Mexico recieving and giving massage, practicing and creating , holistic health and natural therapeutics brought me to a whole new way of life. The lifestyle of living a life full of vibrancy, radiant vitality, positivity, and upliftment through highly conscious experiences and organic choices. All of these efforts lead only to greater satisfaction and fulfillment by being in alignment with life on all levels, inclusive of people, animals, nature.

In addition to living a balanced life as a result of these practices and treatments, a life changing practice that has stayed with me since 2001 and still proves to be one my most favorite and best teachers, is Yoga, meaning” to yoke”. This practice, of “the cessation of thought”, continually brings immense gifts and peace on a day to day basis, a happiness that I am joyful to share with all.
